When something goes wrong

Most calls start the same way. The toilet will not flush, the shower drains slow, or there is a soft wet patch over the tank and it smells. Sometimes it is a pump alarm that has never gone off before.

None of that has to wait for morning. We offer 24/7 emergency service. Call the office, tell us what you see, and we will tell you what it likely means and what happens next. There is no runaround, and there is no call center between you and us.

On the visit, we find the real cause before we fix anything. A full tank is one answer. A clogged baffle, the fitting inside the tank that keeps solids from leaving with the water, is another. A pump that stopped because its float switch failed, the small float that tells the pump when to run, is a third. Each one is a different fix, and you should not pay for the wrong one.

Keeping a healthy system healthy

The easiest septic problem to handle is the one that never happens. Routine pumping on a schedule that fits your tank and your household keeps solids out of the drain field. The drain field is the buried run of pipe and gravel that lets treated water soak into the ground, and it is the hardest part of the system to replace.

Southwest Florida is hard on drain fields. The water table sits high for much of the year, highest in the wet season from roughly June to October, so a field can sit in wet ground for weeks at a time. The sandy soil over shell and limestone drains fast in the dry months and poorly in the wet ones. That is why mound systems and aerobic treatment units, called ATUs, are common here. An ATU uses air to treat wastewater before it leaves the tank, and it needs regular service from a certified provider to keep working. We hold certifications on Hoot, B.E.S.T., Cajun Aire, Fuji Clean USA, Aqua Aire and Aqua Safe, Norweco, and Jet.

If you are on a lot with no sewer, such as most of Lehigh Acres and parts of Cape Coral, your septic system is your only wastewater treatment. It is worth a schedule, and we will help you set one that fits.

What working with us looks like

A real person answers the phone. You tell us what is happening and where, and we get you on the schedule. When the crew arrives, they look first, explain what they found in plain words, and give you an honest price for the work before it starts.

If the fix is bigger than a pump out, the same company handles that too, from the permit through the final inspection. In Florida, onsite sewage permits run through the county office, and we handle that part with you. You do not get handed off to a second contractor, and you do not start over with a new phone number.

We have worked in Southwest Florida since 2010. The company is owner run, licensed under SR0181834 and SR0101645, and carries 200+ Google reviews at 4.8 stars. We serve homes across six counties: Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, and DeSoto. Wherever you are, from Bonita Springs to Arcadia, the number on this page is the office line and it rings to us.

Common questions

How do I know if my septic tank needs pumping?

The usual signs are slow drains in more than one fixture, gurgling in the pipes, a smell near the tank, or a wet spot in the yard that does not dry out. If it has been a while since the last service, call the office and we will get you on the schedule before it becomes a backup.

Do you come out at night or on a weekend for a backup?

Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency service. Call the office at any hour and a real person answers, takes down what is happening, and gets a crew moving.

My drain field is soggy. Does it have to be replaced?

Not every wet field needs replacing. A wet field can mean a full tank, a broken line, or ground that is simply saturated after weeks of rain. We look first, explain what we found, and only recommend a new field when the old one is truly done.

Can you inspect a septic system before I buy or sell a house?

Yes. We do point of sale and condition inspections and give you a written result you can hand to a buyer, a seller, or a lender. Call the office with the closing date and we will work around it.

What is an ATU, and who can service mine?

An ATU is an aerobic treatment unit. It uses air to treat wastewater inside the tank, which is why it is common on lots where the water table is too high for a regular drain field. We are certified on Hoot, B.E.S.T., Cajun Aire, Fuji Clean USA, Aqua Aire and Aqua Safe, Norweco, and Jet.
