How Southwest Environmental handles your information

Effective September 2, 2026. Updated October 29, 2026.

What the site collects

If you use the quote form, it asks for your name, phone, email, town, what you need, and details about the situation. These fields give the office enough context to understand why you reached out and how to get back to you.

The form also sends a short note on how you found the site: the first page you opened, the name of the site that linked you here, if any, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and whether you arrived by clicking an ad. It is kept in your browser only until you close the tab, and it arrives with your message so the office knows which of its efforts are working. It is used only by the office. Like the rest of the form, it reaches the office through the email service that delivers form messages.

What happens to a form message

When you send the form, its contents are emailed to office@swenv.org. A real person reads the message so the office can call you back and talk through what is happening.

The form information is used for that conversation and the follow-up about your request. It is not used for another purpose by the site. If you would rather start by phone, call (239) 225-2255 and a real person answers.

What the site does not do

The site does not use call tracking numbers. The number shown here is the direct office line, (239) 225-2255, so a customer can reach the business without being sent through a number that belongs to an ad or a page.

The site does not use third party advertising trackers. Southwest Environmental does not sell or rent personal information. The office receives the details you choose to send and uses them to respond to that request.

The map on the contact page

The contact page can show the office on a Google map. The map does not load until you press the button to show it. Once you do, Google provides the map and handles that request under its own privacy policy, which can include setting cookies. If you would rather not load it, the street address is printed right above it.

Spam protection and server logs

The quote form has a hidden field that automated programs are expected to fill in. A normal visitor does not need to see or solve anything. The form also checks that it was not completed faster than a person could reasonably fill it out.

The hosting service keeps ordinary server logs. These logs are part of running a website and recording routine requests to the server. They are separate from the quote form message sent to the office.

Questions about this page

Southwest Environmental is a Florida business serving customers in the United States. If you have a question about the information you sent through this site, contact the office at (239) 225-2255 or email office@swenv.org. A real person answers the phone and can hear your question directly.

You can also write to P.O. Box 750, Estero, FL 33929. Please include enough detail for the office to identify the request, but do not mail information that is not needed for the question you want answered.
